After an extremely disappointing experience with another national glass company, Express Auto Glass completely restored my confidence. From my first conversation with them, it was obvious they understood the importance of getting the correct windshield for my vehicle. They verified the replacement before installation and demonstrated the kind of attention to detail that should be standard in this industry. Express Auto Glass is a family-run business, and that personal ownership was evident in the way they handled the entire job. The Express Auto Glass team, all three, arrived at my home exactly as scheduled and immediately went to work. Their professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork were exceptional. The entire windshield replacement, including setup and cleanup, was completed in approximately 60 minutes without sacrificing quality. They took the time to answer my questions, explain what they were doing, and make sure I was completely comfortable before they left. The installation was flawless, the calibration was completed successfully, and everything worked exactly as it should. What impressed me most was their commitment to doing the job correctly. They earned my trust fro

After dealing with the headache of a company Safelite, I gave up on them and called Express Auto Glass. Thank goodness I did! They had my windshield replaced in 3 days after waiting almost 2 months of multiple cancelled appts with safelite. The gentlemen that came out were super professional and had great customer service. Thank you for getting my windshield fixed in my new 2026 Santa Fe! I appreciate you.

Express Auto Glass went above and beyond my expecations. A rock chipped my windshield on a Saturday afternoon. I was worried about the windshield splintering due to the appearance of the chip. I called Express Auto Glass and Steven checked to see if his father was still at the shop. He was not so Steven offered to meet me right away not far from where I was to address the chip. Steven filled the chip very quickly and professionally. He was extremely courteous and helpful, offering advice if I ultimately decide to replace my windshield. I was very impressed by Steven. It is refreshing that this family-owned business really understands how to treat their customers.

I contacted Express Auto Glass a few weeks ago to have my car’s windshield replaced, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Steven, the owner, was very responsive and managed to schedule me for the same day, which was incredibly convenient. The replacement was completed quickly in about an hour, and the quality of the work was outstanding. It’s clear that Steven takes pride in his craftsmanship. I also had the pleasure of meeting his two hardworking kids, who were helping on-site, such a great family-run business atmosphere. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish. The workmanship was phenomenal, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication, and I highly recommend Express Auto Glass to anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement.

I had an outstanding experience with Express Auto Glass in Naperville. This family-owned business truly delivers professional service. They came directly to my home and replaced the windshield on my fully electric Volvo—no small task given how complicated these newer vehicles can be. The entire job was completed in just over an hour, and the quality of the work was excellent. The technicians Steve, his daughter and son knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. It’s refreshing to see a local, family-run company provide such prompt and reliable service. I highly recommend Express Auto Glass to anyone who needs windshield repair or replacement. Great job!
